To submit a Transcript to SRC:
Official transcripts must come directly from the high school or institution of higher education.
Photocopies will not be accepted.
GED Test Scores must come from the Regional Office of Education or appropriate administering agency.
High School and other college or university transcripts and official GED test scores can be mailed to:

To request an official transcript from SRC:
Option 1:
Spoon River College has authorized TransriptsPlus by Credentials Inc. to provide secure transcript ordering via the internet. You can order transcripts 24/7 with this service using any major credit card or debit card. The cost is a $3.00 processing fee for each copy ordered, and transcripts are sent within three business days provided that all financial obligations to the college are cleared.Your signature is required in order to release your academic records. Upon submitting your online transcript order, you will be required to authorize your order by signing an online authorization form. The authorization form may also be printed, and then mailed or faxed to Credentials, Inc.
Option 2:
You may download the
Transcript Request Form, and return the completed form by fax to (309) 649-6393 or mail the completed form to:

You may complete the Transcript Request Form in person at the following SRC locations:
